Free Cancellation
A full refund will be issued for cancellation by the traveller made more than 24 hours before 12:00 AM on the scheduled pick-up date
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be provided for cancellation or modification by the traveller made within 24 hours of 12:00 AM on the scheduled pick-up date. As all services for your tour will have been booked and paid for by this time, this policy applies to the following situations:
- Cancellation of the entire tour.
- Shortening the duration of the tour.
- Switching from a "tour with rider" to a "self-ride tour".
- Failure to be present at the designated pick-up point on time, resulting in a missed bus transfer.
- Failure to be present at the tour meeting point on any day of the Loop, resulting in a missed departure.
- Voluntarily skipping any part of the included itinerary (e.g., activities, meals, accommodations).
Cancellation Before the Tour
If the tour operator must cancel the tour prior to commencement due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, floods), you will be offered the choice to either reschedule for a future available date or receive a full refund.
Tour Interruption During the Itinerary
If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, road closures) arise while the tour is in progress and local authorities or the operator deem it unsafe to continue, our primary focus will be your safety. We will provide the best possible support in accommodation & food, and decide the possibility to reschedule the remainder of your tour. Please note that in such cases, refunds for the incomplete portion of the tour are not guaranteed.
